This rice originates in Kerala and is sourced from our eco-friendly farm in Palakkad. Traditionally used mainly by Ayurvedic doctors to prepare medicines to treat respiratory, digestive, and neurological disorders, it has now found its way into the diet of pregnant women, infants, and the health-conscious. Loaded with vitamin C, it is recommended by doctors to boost the body’s immune system against Covid – 19. It is also a safe food for diabetics and people with stiffness of their joints (it helps cure the pain associated with Rheumatoid arthritis).
