Thickened milk or khova and sugar are the main ingredients of Belgaum Kunda. To make it, milk is boiled extensively until it loses most of its water content and becomes a concentrate. Sugar is then added and the mixture is stirred well. Cardamom powder and dry fruit are added in the final stage.
