Shipping  Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All products available at [ platform and its mobile App ] carries a shipping / delivery charge as per the shipping rates of our delivery partner. Buyers are requested to check the same by providing the Delivery PIN CODE /ZIP CODE in the checkout page before making the payment. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.

  • All orders placed with [ platform and its mobile App ] would be shipped through our delivery partners through Ship Rocket.
  • All ordered products readily available in stock would be shipped in 48 hours of placing the order.
  • The ordered products that are not readily available in stock / made to order products would be shipped within 7 working days or as intimated in the description/ policy of the seller.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • The Seller offering the product
  • Product’s availability with the Seller
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

  • Whether the Seller ships to your location
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location [ platform and its mobile App ] only holds the responsibility of handing over the consignment to the courier company in-time from order placement and payment receipt. It will be in no case liable for the delivery delays made by the delivery company due to any natural calamities or public holidays. Regional/ local rules may apply. All Realtime updates of the transit will be available for the buyer in the buyers dashboard.

All orders would be delivered only to the registered postal address of the buyer as mentioned on the ‘Order Summary’ page before checkout

Shipping Time

  • The time indicated alongside each product is reflected during purchases & checkout .Typically the lead time is 5-7 working days.
  • The logistics partner gets a notification once the vendor has your product ready for dispatch. They will then pick it up from the vendor and deliver it to you between 8 am to 9 pm on all business days between Monday to Saturday.
  • We ship on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays and public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active from the date of dispatch to up to 7 days after delivery.

Customs, Duties And Taxes [ platform and its mobile App ] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
