Cancellation, Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

Returns, refund, and replacement policy give you an option to return, replace or exchange items purchased on www.myniwa.com [ the platform ] , for any reason within the specified return/exchange period, as detailed here under the guidelines and also on the product details page specific to each seller/product as mentioned. However, the return/exchange shall be eligible for products that are in good condition, as may be determined by www.myniwa.com [ the platform ] and/or sellers and suppliers elaborated in detail as mentioned here.

Our returns and exchange policy is subject to goods sold by brands listed on www.myniwa.com [ the platform ] and transactions carried out on our platform only and not from any other place with the same details.

The Policy envisages the terms and conditions under which:

  • You are permitted to return goods purchased by you, subject to a valid reason [ Refer to point 1 and 5 of this policy ]
  • A refund may be obtained for goods purchased by you, subject to certain conditions [ Refer to point 2 and 3 of this policy ]
  • You may cancel orders for goods purchased by you within a stipulated period of time that is before shipping or during transit only.

Lastly, you agree, abide and acknowledge that www.myniwa.com [ the platform ] guidelines with regards to the Refund & Returns Policy shall be final and binding to you and that you shall not be entitled to raise any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, etc. of whatsoever nature in that regards once www.myniwa.com [ the platform ] has notified you about its decision.


1. Return, Exchange & Refund Guidelines:

  • All and any refund can only be initiated with mail from the registered email ID of the buyer. You will be required to contact us at support@myniwa.com
  • Your email must contain the name of the product and the order ID along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern, and pictures/videos of the product in case of damages or manufacturing defects.
  • The email must be sent within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 48 hours of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product.
  • If the seller agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to the seller within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund.
  • Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. This tends to vary based on the product. This cost will have to be borne by you.
  • Please note, that should the fault be ours (in case of a manufacturing defect), we will contact you to arrange a pickup. In all other cases, please note that we may only process exchanges and returns once you have shipped us the product.
  • If the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition, please email us at support@myniwa.com with a photograph of the damaged product, the invoice details and the barcode on the package.
  • Exchanges are subject to the discretion of team MYNIWA and Seller combined.
  • Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving the returned goods subject to availability. Otherwise will be intimated for hold period or a return of money.
  • Sensitive cases will receive a call back from the team at MYNIWA

2. TIMELINE of policy

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 Hours from the time of delivery after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Along with receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. What Can be returned and When?

  • You receive a faulty or defective product
  • You receive a product that is different from what you ordered
  • If the product does not fit well (size issues)
  • Within 48 hours from the time of delivery


4. What Products NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN :

  • Items that have been worn, washed or soiled
  • Electronic items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless the equipment is faulty
  • Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty or personal hygiene products.
  • Bulky items like furniture, statues, paintings, sculptures
  • Custom-made or hand-made products
  • No refund, exchange or return on discount/sale items.


5. Conditions For Returning Products:

  • The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, along with any bills, tags, labels etc.
  • Products must be in their original form and unsoiled
  • Brand packaging should be intact
  • Replacement of a product will be subject to the availability of the product on the website at that time
  • The Product should have been bought with a prepaid payment option only


6. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also will not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


7. Refunds Approval

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund backward.
