A signature recipe from North Karnataka loved everywhere. Rich in fiber and protein made from Black gram [Urad dal]and Brown chick peas [Chana dal]. Use as a spread on idli, dosa, roti, paratha etc. Can be eaten with rice also. Add clarified butter [ghee] for taste. Use with yoghurt or as a salad dressing.
