There are no preservatives or chemicals used in making it. We use the best quality tomatoes and use the old-fashioned way of stirring the tomato sauce. The result is ketchup that is thick, delicious, and as healthy as tomatoes can be. The word ketchup by definition means a thick puree that is made just from tomatoes, spices, and vinegar.
