Hailing from Karnataka, Bisi Bele Bath finds its origins in the royal kitchens of Mysore, where several flavourful ingredients came together to create this iconic dal and rice dish. Just that this one comes with Wise Mama’s healthy twist of super-healthy and yummy millets instead of rice!

Toor dal (25.6%), bisibele bath masala (15.4%), oats(10.2%), ghee(6.4%), foxtail millet(5.2%), proso millet (5.2%), kodo millet(5.2%), little millet(5.2%), barnyard millet(5.2%), dal tadka seasoning(5.2%), whey protein concentrate, soluble fibre, salt, cashews, onion flakes, soy sauce, roasted whole mustard, dry curry leaves, flax seeds.
Cooking instructions: Suggested Portion size = 50g (6 tbsp) of porridge mix.
1. Boil 2.5 cups of water for every 1 cup of porridge mix.
2. Add porridge mix to boiling water.
3. Cook for approx 6 mins on medium flame, stirring frequently to avoid lumps.
4. Serve as is or add fresh coriander/garnish on top
