As good as gud (jaggery) gets.

For this delightful sweet breakfast mix, we went and got the best palm jaggery from Kerala that is full of minerals and nutrients to nurture the body. And this recipe takes inspiration from Indian temples where a mix of rice, coconut, gud and ghee is offered as bhog to the deities. Now if they like it so much, it has to be really really gud!

Palm jaggery powder (36%), proso millet (11.2%), kodo millet (16.8%), oats (9.4%), barnyard millet (7.6%), desiccated coconut (5.8%), raisins, ghee (5.6%), flax seeds, basil seeds, melon seeds, whey protein concentrate, cardamom powder, clove powder, salt, soluble fibre.

Cooking instructions: Suggested portion size = 60g (6 tbsp) of porridge mix.

1. Boil 2 cups of water for every 1 cup of porridge mix.

2. Add porridge mix to boiling water.

3. Cook for approx 6 mins on medium flame, stirring frequently to avoid lumps.

4. Serve as is or add milk/fruits/nuts on top
