The original Indian Bay Leaf – Tej Patta procured from Shillong, Meghalaya. Its musky taste will impart a distinct signature taste to pulav and biryani. Most of the Bay Leaf sold in India is duplicate; it is actually Cinnamon Leaf. The later are bigger and have a waxy look. The two of course have a distinctly different taste.
